Dear Ms. Jackson:

Your telecom of October 4,1982 indicated our major amendment submittal for the CNS 8-120 package (C of C No. 6601) should have been for an 11B category rather than 11C (10 CFR 170, Section 170.31).

By this memo we are requesting that the referenced amendment be placed in category 170.31 (11)(c) and the contents be limited to greater than the type A quantities and less than 2000 times the type A quantities.

The check you received in our 9/30/82 submittal was for an amount of

$3,500 and is as required for a category 11C of Section 170.31 of 9 N 0 CFR 170 major amendment.
