In order for the Board to remain apprised of the schedule for construction of the Point Pleasant diversion, the Applicant is to l
provide notice to the Board and the parties as soon as possible af ter a contract is awarded for construction of the Point Pleasant intake and i
I pumping station.
In addition, for activities identified as "Non-contention work" in section number 2 of the " Applicant's Response to the Board's Request for Information Concerning Point Pleasant Construction" (October 20,1982), the Board wishes to receive notice before the activity begins of its expected starting date.
This latter notice should be accompanied by an affidavit from a cognizant official l

The Board and the parties to the just completed water issues hearing must have this notice and affidavit in hand fifteen (15) days 2
before the activity is begun. Other parties to the Limerick operating license proceeding need, not be served on this expedited basis.
