' MOTION TO AMEND OCRE'S " MOTION TO EXTEND DISCOVERY ON ISSUE #9"

.On October 15, 1982 Ohio Citizens for Responsible Energy

("0CHE") moved the Licensing Board to extend the deadline for filing discovery on Issue #9 to November 1, 1982 for discovery to Applicants and to 10 days following the Staff's filing of its answer to OCRE's Fourth Set of Interrogatories to Staff.

for discovery to Staff.

On October 22, 1982, the Staff filed its answers. OCRE has determined that no follow-up discovery is necessary to the Staff (unless, of course, some new infor-mation were to be disclosed that necessitates reopening of discovery).

Upon inspecting documents made available by ' Applicants on October 24, OCRE requested copies of several documents.

OCRE has not received these copies.

Since a more thorough examination of these documents is necessary before the follow-up discovery can be propounded, OCRE moves to amend its October 8211040316 821101 PDR ADOCK 05000440 g
