Dear Ms. Diggs:
Enclosed is a check in the amount of $400 to complete the application for the extension of completion dates for CPPR-148 and CPPR-149 for the Perry Nuclear Power Plant, Unit Numbers I and 2.
The Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation's preliminary review of the Cleveland Electric illuminating Company's application for extension of construction completion dates for CPPR-148 and CPPR-149 for the Perry Nuclear Power Plant, Units I and 2, determined that the Class 11 fee of $1,200 was appropriate for one of the units but a duplicate fee of $400 is required for the other unit.
