l UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY C0!#11SSION DOCKET NO. 50-373 COMMONWEALTH EDISON C0f4PANY NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMEN 0 MENT OF FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Comission) has issued Amendnent No. 7 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-ll, issued to Commouwealth Edison Conpany, which revised Technical Specifications for operation of the La Salle County Station, Unit No.1 (the facility) located in Brookfield Township, La Salle County, Illinois. The Amendment is effective as of the date of issuance.
The Amendment consists of a revision to the license in that the completion dates of the Safety Paraneter Display System and Energency Operations Facility were changed from October 1, 1982 to December 31, 1982.
The application for eendment complies with the standards and require-rents of the Ator. tic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Comission's rules and regulations. The Commission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Cfraission's rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are set forth in the license atendment. Prior public notice of this Amen &ent was not required since the Amendaent does not involve a significant hazards consideration.

The Comission has determined that the issuance of this Amendment will not result in any significant environmental impact and that pursuant to 10 CFR Section 51.5(d)(4) an environnental impact statenent, or negative declaration and environmental impact appraisal need not be prepared in connection with issuance of this Amendment.
