Revision to the Maine Yankee Security Plan
Dear Sir:
Maine Yankee has recently completed changes to the Security Plan, Reference (b). % ese changes include moving a portion of the perimeter security fence and an observation tower to provide additional area within the protected area.
We have determined that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan and therefore, pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p), we are providing this description within two months following the change.
We have revised Figures 3.1.1.1 and 3.1.1.2, Reference (b), to include these changes. W ese figures have been reviewed by the Plant Operation Review Comittee pursuant to Appendix A, Section 5.5 of Reference (a). Since these figures are deemed to be safeguards information and it is not clear that you require the actual revised figures, we are with;mlding transmittal of them.
