Dear Administrative Judges:
In its July 30, 1982 status report regarding the above-captioned proceeding, the Staff supplied a schedule for upcoming staff issuances.
This letter is to update the schedule information in that report.
The Staff presently intends to issue the Final Integrated Plant Safety Assessment Report.for the Ginna facility on October 29, 1982. The Staff plans to issue the Conversion Safety Evaluation Report and the update to the Final Environmental Statement in November. The Staff will keep the Board informed about future developments.
