Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed'are three (3) signed originals and forty (40) copies of the Perry Nuclear Power Plant Emergency Plan. This document is completely reissued as CEI Report No. OM-15A and supercedes the existing Appendix 13A to Chaptsr 13 of the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR). Amendment 9 of the FSAR deletes the plan in Appendix 13A. By this letter, the Emergency Plan is hereby submitted as a separate document entitled " Emergency Plan for Perry Nuclear Power Plant,"
