Under Article X - OBLIGATIONS - The amount obligated by the Commission for per-formance of this project is hereby increased by $33,000.00 from 5639,500.00 to

$672,500.00.

All references to the " Office of the Controller," in this contractual document or in any Billing Instructions issued by the Commission, are hereby changed to the " Office of Resource Management."
