(" Licensee") hereby moves l
l the Licensing Board to enter an Order extending, by one day to October 12, 1982, the time for filing a Motion for Clarifica-f tion and/or a Petition for Reconsideration of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's Partial Initial Decision of September 14, 1982.
In support of the Motion, Licensee states:
Licensee requested and was granted a time extension

to October 11, 1982 within which to file a motion for clari-

fication or petition for reconsideration.
In making that i
request, Licensee failed to take account of the fact that t
l October 11 had been set aside to honor the achievement of that l

great Italian explorer, Christopher Columbus.
Accordingly, counsel's secretary did not work on October 11, and by the time counsel realized his plight it was too late to secure the i
i required expertise to type, process and file Licensee's l
Motion.
