CONFIRMING ORDER CANCELLING PREHEARING CONFERENCE Upon request of the parties of October 12, 1982, the prehearing conference to monitor the progress of discovery, scheduled for Rockford, Illinois for October 14, 1982, was cancelled by the Board as of the date of the request.
The parties were to make known the progress of discovery by way of a telephone conference on October 14, 1982, which was done.
Discovery has been proceeding to date without difficulty.
