Mindful of the directive in the Board's September 7,
1982 Supplemental Prehearing Conference Order to pre-file testimony by October 12, 1982, NSC hereby notifies the Board and all parties that, by appropriate stipulations, it and the applicant have resolved NSC Contentions EP ll(D)(F)(E) and EP 12(A).
NSC does not intend to pre-file testimony on Contentions EP ll(A)(B)(C),
but reserves the right to cross-examine pursuant to Rule 12.743.
