20555 0FFICE OF SECRtTAh-
Dear Sir /Ms.,
DOCKEIp ERVICL It has come to my attention, as representative for Ohio Citizens for Responsiole Energy'("0CHE"), intervenor in the OL proceeding for the Perry Nuclear Power Plant in Ohio, that there is some confusion, possibly originating in your office, as to the docket numbers of the Perry reactors and those of the Shearon Harris plant in North Carolina. The correct docket numbers are as followsr Ferry 50-440 and 50-441 Shearon Harris 50-400 and 50-401 I have found =aterials in the Perry LPDR which pertained to Shearon Harris and wnich were marked, apparently by docketing personnel, with the number 50-441. I have also noticed that meetings have been announced, in the " Weekly Information Report" for the Commissioners, concerning Shearon Harris for which the docket numoers were identified as 50-440 and 50-441.
I specifi~
I cally refer to Enclosure P for tne weexa ending August 19 and August 11, 1982.
I suspect that this mix-up may be causing prejudice to the intervenors in the Shearon Harris case, as they obviously are at a disadvantage if key documents concerning that plant are being sent to the Perry LPDR instead.
It is also logical to suspect that documents pertaining to Perry are being sent to North Carolina, thereoy placing us at a disadvantage.
I'm sure that all the parties in both proceedings would appreciate it if this confusion were eliminated.
Sincerely, Wf Susan L. Hiatt OCRE Representative 8275 Munson Rd.
