+'*!NDwt N1/mODitiC ATION The purpose of this supplemental agreement is to:
(a) redefine certain Tasks; (b) extend delivery date nf draft TER; (c) increase the estiaated total amount of the contract by
$14,724.00; and (d) change Manual Chapter 3202.
Therefore, the following changes are hereby incorporated:
I.
Under Article I - Statement of Work, Paragraph C Work Requirements, add the following:
"The Contractor shall perform the following additional work:
- 1) Under Task 3 - Inservice Inspection (ISI) - reaxamine the V-I assessment for the revised ISI and STS requirement.
- 2) Under Task 6 - Risk analysis - prepare documentation of the methodology to allow detailed review of this network method.
This shall be incorporated as Aopendix B of the_ report.

- 3) Chapter V:
Marginal Analysis - Develop and apply a methodology " '
for analyzing the requirements relative to one another, and assess
-the impact and value of all the requirements taken as a group.
The results of this effort shall be incorporated as Chapter V of the report.
II.
Under Article I, Statement of Work, Paragraph D. Reporting Requirements -
paragraph No.1 is deleted in its entirety and the following paragraph
.is substituted in lieu thereof:
r "A draf t TER covering the value-impact analysis shall _ be submitted by September 23, 1982, to the Project Officer."

-III. Under Article III - Consideration and Payment, Section A. Estimated Cost, Fixed Fee and Obligation, delete paragraphs 1 and 3 in their entirety and substitute the following in lieu thereof:

It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for full performance of this contract will be $154,334.00 of which the sum'of $141,879.00 represents reimbursable costs j
and of which $12,455.00 represents the fixed fee.
3.
The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $154,334.00."

Ti.e attached Manual Chapter 3202 " Publication of Unclassified Regulatory and. Technical Documents Prepared by NRC ' Contractors, Including Reports Prepared Under or Pursuant to Interagency Agreements," dated April 29, 1982, supercedes Manual Chapter 3202 dated January 25, 1978, which was previously incorporated hereunder.
- All other terms and conditions of the contract. remain unchanged. This modification results in an increase to the total contract amount by
$14,724.'00 from _ $139,610.00 to a new total of $154,334.00.
