The following dectoration should oc-company or be piaced on the Shipper's Export Dettorations for such exports:

"This shipment is being made pursuant to specific license number (specific license nurnber) f,ted at (location of Customs office where license is filed),

on (dote license was filed). Thrs liter.se expires on (expiration date of license), and the unshipped botonce remaining on this license is su~ficient to cover the shipment described on this dectoration.,

Condition 2 - Exports outhorized in any country or destinction, except Country Groups O, S, W, X, Y, and Z in Port 370, Supplement No.1, of the Compreherw<e Emport Schedule of the U 5. Department of Commerce.

Condition 3 - This license covers only the nucieor cc,ntent of the mate,al.
