the following modi fication is made:
ARTICLE III - CONSIDERATION, Paragraph C, Indirect Costs, is amended as follows:
"1.
The Contractor shall be reimbursed for final engineering overhead rate of 101.76%
of direct labor and final consulting overhead rate of 162.79% of direct labor.
2.
The Contractor shall be reimbursed for general and administrative expense at a final rate of 5.06% of total direct cost and overhead."
