In order to avoid further confusion, attached is a copy of the complete Amendment #27.

The Atomic Energy Commission has issued Facility Operating License No. DPR-34 to the Public Service Company of Colorado. The license authorizes the operation of the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Sta-tion at steady state power levels not to exceed 842 megawatts thermal in accordance with the provisions of the license and the Technical Specifications appended thereto.
The license, complete with Technical Specifications, and a copy of a related notice, which has been forwarded to the office of the Federal Register for publication, are enclosed.
Two signed copies of Amendment No. 3 to Indemnity Agreement No. B-50, which covers the activities authorized under License No. DPR-34, are enclosed for your review and acceptance. Please sign and return one copy to this office.
