Miscellaneous Technical Specification Changes Attached are three originals and 37 conformed copies of a request for a change of Technical Specifications, Appendix A, of Operating License s DPR-42 and 60.
Also attached is one copy of the License Amendment class determination and a check in the amount of $4,400 for the amendment fee.
This submittal proposcs change to several sections in the Technical Specifications. Most of the changes are typographical corrections and clarification of wording.
The three major changes are:
- 1) TS 4.12 Steam Generator Tube Surveillance
- 2) TS 3.4. A Steam Exclusion System
- 3) TS 3.4. A.2 & TS 4.1-1 Auxiliary Feedwater System Exhibit A describes the proposed change, reason for change, and safety evaluation. Exhibit B contains the revised Appendix A pages.
