Dear Mr. Denton:
The application for construction permits and operating licenses for Byron Station Units 1 and 2 and Braidwood Station Units 1 and 2, docketed September 20, 1973, are hereby amended by submittal of Amendment 39 pursuant to 10 CFR 50.34.
Amendment No. 39 to the Byron /Braidwood FSAR consists o f responses to questions from the Auxiliary Systems Brsnch (010.0 series), Mechanical Engineering Branch (110.0 series), Structural Engineering Branch (130.0 series), Reactor Systems Branch (212.0 series), and the Ef fluent Tre.atment Systems Branch (321.0 series).
Also included are revised responses to Questions 010.39, 010.40, 010.47, 022.23, 022.24, 022.25, 022.35, 022.47, 022.54, 022.74, 031.42, 040.182, 110.37, 121.1, 121.3, 212.90, 221.3, 321.15, 331.3, 331.15, 423.12, and 423.33, and voluntary text changes.
Attachment A to this letter lists the questions answered in this amendment.
At tachment B lists the questions that will be answered in future amendments.
