Dear Mr. Felton,
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, 5 USC @ 552, as amended, and the provisions of 10 CFR Part 9, the undersigned hereoy requests the following items:
1.
All documents made ava11aule to Stephen G. Sawicki of the News-Herald under FOIA 82-397.
2.
A list of the documents made available to Richard B.
Hubbard of MHB Technical Associates under FOIA 82-305.
3.
Any documents (including notes, memoranda, or correspondence) originating either with tne NHC Staff or the ACRS pertaining to any possible or actual differences in the design or con-struction of Unit 1 and Unit 2 of the Perry Nuclear Power Plant.
4.
Any notes, correspondence, agreements, memoranda, or other documents arising out of the meeting between the Deputy Director, DEP and Deputy Director, EDO, and the Assistant Secretary for Health (relating to HHS liaison during an cmergency and the use of potassium iodide), as described in Enclosure D of the " Weekly Information Report" to the Commissioners for the week ending September 1, 1982.
In accordance with the Commission's policy as related in your response to my earlier FOIA request ( FOIA-61-516 ), I request that 75% of the fees for the search and production of those documents related to a contention admitted'in the Perry OL proceeding be waived.
The documents requested in items 1 and 4 above fall into this category.
Item 1 documents relate to lasue #3 in this proceeding; Item 4 documents relate to lasue #1.

I agree to accept the residual (25%) charges for tnose items and the full costs for the remaining items.
