Under the federal Freedom of Information Act I hereby reauest records, letters, reports or portions thereof pertaining to the following:
-- Was duty officer Tim Norris notified that a steam bubble had formed in the Ginna nuclear reactor during the Jan. 25, 1982 accident.
If so, how was he notified?
-- Was information about the steam bubble, including the fact of existance, transmitted from the Ginna plant tover the hotline sytem to the I!RC emergency operation center in Pethesda?
1.* hat was the general performance of the staff handling the accident from the emergency operations center?
-- Communications, if any, between the IRC and Gannet:
