DOCKETS 50-266 AND 50-301 POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT EMERGENCY PLAN MANUAL Enclosed are ten copies of Revision 9 to the Emergency Plan Manual for the Point Beach Nuclear Plant.

This revision consists of page changes which should be filed in your copies of the Emergency Plan Manual in accordance with the page change instructions provided.

The changes cover the following areas:

1.

Section 3.0, Medical Assistance Plan a.

Use of a new form to release an individual for return to work.

Change of location of the oxygen breathing t$ nit b.

from the first aid room to Checkpoint " Charlie" which is a more readily accessible location during any medical emergency.

2.

Section 8.0, Emergency Call List a.

Change to Duty and Call Superintendent roster.

Update of list to reflect current positions and telephone numbers.
