Two copies of the attached report are submitted pursuant to CFR 50.55(e) (3). The 24-hour notification required by CPR 50.55(e) (2) was given by Mr. E.W. Creel to Mr. W.A. Crossman on October 25, 1978.
It is expected that all defective material will be removed by December 1, 1978.
Please advice if you need additional information. Unless you request additional information, we will consider the attached document to be our final report.
