Dear Mr. Bechhoefer:
As directed by the Memorandum and Orcer with Respect to Various Motions and Petitions of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board of November 13, 1978, In the Matter of Detroit Edison Company, et al. (Enrico Fermi Atomic Power Plant, Unit 2), Docket J: hmiber 50-341, the Citizens for Employment and Energy (CEE) exercises its right to amend its Petition to Intervene in the above mentioned proceedings.
Enclosed are:
- 1. An amended Petition to Intervene.
- 2. An affidavit from Mr. JbffiAlson :' specifying his name and address as an affectedrember of CEE who wishes to be rep-resented by the group.
- 3. An affidavit ffom Mr. Robert G. Asperger, Acting Director of CEE, authorizing Mr. David Hiller to submit CEE's Petition to Intervene and authorizing Mr. Robert Maynard to submit these amendments, as required by 10 CFR 52.714 (a) (3).
- 4. A Certificate of Process.
