MEMORANDUM In their " Consolidated Answer to Intervention Petitions of Martha and Dan Drake and Citizens for Employment and Energy," filed November 22, 1978, the Applicants noted that they were withholding their response to the contentions of the petitioners for intervention until those petitioners had I
filed supplements to their petitions.- For its part, the Staff commented only generally upon the various petitioners' contentions.
Our order of November 13, 1978 stated that the petitioners have until today (December 4, 1978) to file amendments and supplements to their intervention petitions, including a list of contentions.
We would welcome responses to any amendments or supple-i ments to the intervention petitions from not only the Appli-cants but also the NRC Staff.
If such responses are to be filed, they should be received by us no later than Friday, 781213O/ 6 6
