Enclosed are ten copies of Revision 8 to the Emergency Plan Manual for the Point Beach Nuclear Plant.
This revision consists of page changes which should be filed in your copies of the Emergency Plan Manual in accordance with the page change instructions provided.
The changes cover the following areas:
1.
Correction of minor editorial and typographical errors.
2.
Changes regarding the incorporation of ERDA into DOE.
3.
Removal of the major portion of the discussion in Section 4.0,
" Fire Emergencies" because of the formulation of a major new Fire Protection Manual.
4.
Modification of equipment lists in Sections 3.0 and 7.0.
5.
Discussion of changes concerning the movement of the first aid room to the extension building.

Changes reflecting the merger of Wisconsin Michigan Power Company with Wisconsin Electric Power Company.
Certain position titles were also changed as a result of this merger.

Updating of the " call list" in Section 8.0.

Updating of the Letters of Agreement in Appendix A; updating of organization charts in Appendix B; and revision to the DOE emergency plan in Appendix C.
Please return the receipt forms for these ten copies of Revision 8 to the Emergency Plan Manual to Ms. F. A. Zeman at the Point Beach Nuclear Plant.
