NRC REQUEST FOR REFERENCE MATERIALS j

Earlier this year the NRC consolidated its Region IV and Region V offices.

However, this consolidation resulted in dividing the physical location of the agency staff providing oversight for the resulting 12 licensees into two offices, in Arlington, Texas, and Walnut Creek, California. As a result, Region IV needs copies for the Region IV, Walnut Creek Field Office (WCF0) of l

selected reference material previously only provided to the Arlington office.

The reference material needed in the WCF0 consists of the following:

l Quality Assurar.ce Program, Fire Protection Progrim, and Technical Specifications.

Based on telephone conversations with your staff, we understand that you can provide this material voluntarily, with minimal impact.

Based on submittals since consolidation, we currently have Revision 10 of your quality assurance program, dated April 5, 1994.

Please provide copies of the current revision to your Fire Protection Program and Technical Specifications directly to the WCFO.

The requested materials should be sent to the following address:
