The amount presently obligeled with respect to tais task order is 538.377.00.
Notwithstanding the clause FAR 52.232 LIMITA110N Ut COST, the contractor is not obligated to continue performar.ce under this task order or otherwise incur costs in excess of the estimated cost, unless the Contracting Officer notifies the contractor in writing that the estimated cost has been incrnsed in absence of such notification by the Contractin0 Officer. the Governmert is not cbligated to reimburse the contractor for any costs in excess of the estinatec cost specified herein.
