TRIANNUAL PLANT PERFORMANCE REVIEW FOR BRANCH NO. 4 FROM APRIL 1993 THROUGH JULY 1993 The triannual plant performance review for Branch No. 4 facilities is scheduled for August 17, at 10:00 a.m., in the DRP Conference Room. The plant status reports and master inspection plans for each plant are enclosed.

Senior Resident Inspectors and NRR Project Managers for each facility should be available, by phone, to participate in this meeting. The order of plant discussion will be Sequoyah and Browns Ferry.

Each Division participant should be prepared to provide an evaluation of the licensee's performance in their assigned SALP functional area at each plant and to recommend required changes in the MIP program for the remainder of the SALP cycle.

In addition, participants should be prepared to discuss the status of their assigned inspection program.

Enclosure I contains the agenda for the meeting.
