Rate Test was completed on January 16,1991. The associated test report is attact.d.
10 CFR 50 Appendix 3 requires a separate accompanying summary report if the combined Local Leak Rate Tests (LLRT) fail to meet their acceptance criteria. As the combined LLRTs did not meet the as-found test acceptance criteria, a separate accompanying report is attached as Appendix IL Should you have any questions regarding this report, we will be pleased to discuss them with you.
