Soviet Union of the-Topaz II reactor system.
This 2
action permits the export of the Topaz II which is 3
owned by the government of the USSR without the 4
issuance of a license by the NRC.
All Commissioners have approved the final 5
6 rule as attached to our memorandum of May 21st which 7
establishes, as attached to - our memorandum, the Commissioner Curtiss believes 8
Commission should 9
that the Commission-should establish a date certain 10 by which the Topaz II will be returned to the USSR.
11 His additional views were attached and will be 12-l attached to the SMR.
