By letter dated September 17, 1987, as amended July 22, 1988, August 23, 1989 and May 22, 1990, you applied for an amendment to the Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 2 (ANO-2), Operating License No. NPF-6.
The proposed change would have modified the racility technical specifications pertaining to the change out of station batteries and changes in ',he batte.y tests.
Subsequently, by letter dated May 15, 1991, you withdrew the amendment request.
The Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Withdrawal of Applicatirn for Amendment to Facility Operating License with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
