We have received your letter dated April 15, 1991, which transmitted Revision 13 to the Arkansas Nuclear One ( AND) Ernergency Plan. We have reviewed Revision 13, and have determined that it is acceptable and does not degrade the effectiveness of your emergency planning for ANO.
Revision 13 includes:
the change from the Millard-Henry Clinic to Occupational Medical Consultants as the prirr.e provider for medical services, changes reflecting the upgraded dese assessroent computer system, minor administrative changes, and phasing out the Shift Administrative Assistant (SAA) from the emergency response organization and substituting it with the Shif t Engineer who had the same qualifications as the SAA.
