Dear Ms. Wright:
Please amend the statement in XUCS643 (shown on the original issue dated 18 March 1987) which reads "No re-export of the depleted uranium is allowed from the United Kingdom without prior U.S.
Government permission." to read "No re-export of the depleted uranium is allowed from the United Kingdom. in bul k form without prior U.S. Government permission."
This is in keeping with the statement of Condition 9 in XSUO8703 (original issue dated 1 February 1991).
In both licensed operations, NMI is rexporting solid depleted uranium metal in blank right cylindrical rod form.
