i NRC-02-90-009 Modification No. 7 Page 2 NOTE:
The following information is for Block 12, page 1:
Transfer funds from Fin No. L1089 in the amount of $52,428.00 to Fin No.
L1859-1.
The purpose of this modification is to transfer funds as shown above to provide full funding on Task Order No.-9, and revise the indirect rates.
Accordingly, the contract is modified as shown above and as follows:
1.
The first paragraph of Section G.1, " Indirect Cost Rates", is revised to read as follows:
"The Contractor shall be reimbursed at the following provisional rates for
--allowable indirect costs:
CATEGORY RATE COST BASE APPLICABLE PERIOD Fringe Benefits 39.5%
Direct Labor 1/29/90 - 1/31/91 Fringe Benefits 35.5%
Direct Labor 2/1/91 - 1/28/93 Overhead 82.6%
Total Direct Labor 1/29/90 - 1/31/91 Overhead 86.6%
Total Direct Labor 2/1/91 - 1/28/93 M&S Overhead 2.0%
Material and Sub-1/29/90 - 1/28/93 contract Cost G&A 10.0%
