Enclosed is Revision 13 of the Safeguards Contingency Plan for Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2. The changes made do not decrease the effectiveness of the Plan and there' ore are being submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
