Dear Mr. Rowland:
Several Nuclear Regulatory Conmission (NRC) staff members, a member of the Advisory Committee on Nuclear Waste, and the Chairman of the NRC will be visiting the West Valley Demonstration Project during the week of June 3,1991.
This letter is to confirm the agendas we have discussed by telephone and to provide you the names and titles of the NRC visitors.
In general terms, the agenda to which we have agreed is as follows:
June 3 NRC staff to brief West Valley staff on burial ground 1:00-4: 15 modeling June 4 Briefing and site tour for Paul W. Pomeroy, 9:00-4:15 Advisory Committee on Nuclear Waste June 5 Discussion of NRC's Cooperating Agency status 8:15-noon for the Phase II Environmental Impact Statement 1:00-4: 15 Briefing for NRC on Department of Energy / Environmental Protection Agency Compliance Agreement and Consent Order June 6 Briefing and site tour for Kenneth M.
