This is in response to your letter of March 14, 1991, requesting that Nuclear Regulatory Commission / Environmental Protection Agency (NRC/ EPA) joint guidance documents on mixed waste testing and storage be issued in draft form in order to provide for review and comment by the regulated community.
NRC agrees that input by the regulated community and other interested parties will be valuable in the development of these two cuidance documents.
