In accordance with your application dated February 12, 1991, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM_844 is hereby amended to restrict the authorized use of the materials to possession, stor:1e, packaging, and transfer only and to exempt you from the requirement of uomission of decommissioning financial assurance.
Accordingly, Condition 14 is deleted and Conditions 17 and 18 are added as follows:
17.
The provisions of Londition 9 above notwithstanding, in accordance with the licensee's application dated February 12, 1991, the authorized use of the materials under this license is restricted to possession, storage, packaging, and transfer as authorized pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 70.42.
- 18. The licensee is hereby exempted from the requirement of 10 CFR 70.25(c) for the submission of financial assurance for decommissioning, insofar as this requirement applies to materials possessed under this license.
A1) other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
Please also be advised that the recordkeeping requirements of 10 CFR 70.25(g) and the license termination requirements of 10 CFR 70.38 continue to be applicable to your license.
