This is to acknowledge receipt of Revision 5 dated April 4, 1991, for the Fermi 2 Nuclear Plant, Radiological Energency Response Preparedness Plan.
This revision was received in our office on April 8, 1991.
We have reviewed the changes to the Enrico Fermi, Unit 2, Radiological Emergency Response Preparedness Plan and determined that they are consistent with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q) and do not decrease the effectiveness of the emergency plan.
Therefore, these changes are acceptable.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
