This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. J. furia of this
office on April 15 19, 1991, of activities authorized by NRC License Nos. DPR 53

and DPR 69 and to the discussion of our findings held by Mr. J. furia with Mr.
P. Katz and other members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.

Areas examined during this inspection included the Radiation Protection and
Transportation Programs, as described in the NRC Region I Inspection Report which
is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of
selective er.aminations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
