License Chante.Apfjicatjon (LCA) 205 Attachod is one signed originni of LCA 205 requesting amendment of Operating License WPF-1.
This LCA modifies the Resistance Temperature
' Detector element' locations which may be used in determining the averato Containment temperature. Attachmonts A and B provido the details for the requested change.
Our plant Review Board and Trojan Nuclent Operations Board have reviewed and approved the proposed chango.
Also attached is one signed copy of a Certificate of Service for LCA 205, to the Chief Executivo of the County in which the facility le located and to the Director of the State of Oregon, Department of Energy.
