MONTICELif NUCLEAR GENERATING PIRiT Docket No. 50-263 License No. DPR-22 Change Request Dated October 31, 1973 Attached are three signed originals and 37 conformed copies of a request for a change of Technical Specificat!ons, Appendix A, of Provisional Operating License DPR-22 for the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant.
This enange request has been reviewed by the Monticello Operations Com-mittee and the Safety Audit Co:xai t t e e.
It is requested that Change No. 2 to the Monticello Technical Specifica-tions authorized by your office January 14, 1972, and to be placed in effect af ter the planned Off-gas lloldup System is installed, be canceled in its entirety.
7he changes detailed in this request are intended to correct certain discrepancies found in Change No. 2.
We ask that these changes be acted upon at the earliest possible date to permit their incorporation in the lechnical Specifications prior ;o initial operation of the Off-gas Holdup System.
