MONTICELLO NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANT Docket No. 50-263 License No. DPR-22 Change Request Dated March 1, 1974 Attached are three signed originals and ;7 conformed copies of a request for a change of Technical Specifications, Appendix A, of the Provisional Operatir.6 License DPR-22, for *.he Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant.
It's change request has been reviewed by the Monticello operations Comittee and the Safety Audit Comittee.
These changes are necessary to implement the modifications described in
" Permanent Plant Changes to Accomodate Equilibrium Core Scram Reactivity Insertion Characteristics" subritted January 23, 1974.
