Appeniix A, of the Provisional Operating License DPR-22 for the ?bntice'lo Nuclear Generating Plant.
This chance request has been reviewed by the Monticello Operations Con-mittee and the Safety Audit Committee.
These proposed changes are based on the recently approved calculational methods for dealing with fuel densification as discussed in your December 5,1973 letter f rom Mr. D J Skovholt.
