Request for Authorization of a Change to Amendment No. I to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-22 Dated August 31, 1973 Attached are three originals and 37 conformed copies of a Request for Authori=ation of a Change to Amendment No.1 to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-22 Dated August 31, 1973. This request has been re-viewed by the Monticello Operations Committee and Safety Audit Committee.
The change requested herein will modify the allowable types and quantities of byproduct material to be consistent with present needs.
It should be noted that this submittal supercedes our requested changes to Sc.ction 2.C of Amendment No. 1 submitted on December 21, 1972. The remaining portions of the December 21, 1973 change request are unaffected by the attached change request.
