Request for Refund of Annual Licensing. Fee.
On page 22161 of the Federal Regirter dated May 2,1977, there ir a notice that licencees may file for refund of annual license fee paymente.
Arulual license fee payments totalinc $260,270.00 were made by Northern States Power Company for Monticello Uuclear Generating Plant Dochet No. 50 263 and Prairie Irland Nuclear Generating Plant Docket No. 50-282 Licence No.
DPR h2 during the years 1070 through 1973.
Attached ie a list of invoice numberr and payments made by us.
I have also attached copies of all invoicer, cancelled checke and the USP disburcement vouchers for your information.
NDP has not filed for refund of licence rece previously.
It is requested that the fee in the amount of $260,270.00 plus accrued interect be refunded to IGP. Plence make the rcrund check payable to Northern States Power Company and mail to:
