Directorate of Licensing U S Atomic Energy Commission Washington, DC 20545 Dear Mr Skovholt MONTICELLO NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANT E-5979 Minneapolis Environmental Resource Center - Document Room Your letter of July 5 pointed out that the Commission is continuing to maintain, at the subject facility located at 1222 SE 4th Street, Minneapolis, documents relating to our Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant. You suggested that we could provide assistance and guidance by having one of our representatives making periodic checks of the materials that you have sent to the document room.
In response, yesterday, our representative visited the document room and completed the availability of appropriate material by furnishing a copy of our Six-Month Operating Report No. 2, July 1,1971 to December 31, 1971.
Periodic visits and telephone contacts vill be made by our representa-tives to give continued assurance that appropriate documents are received and maintained at the document room.
