MOSTICCLLO NUCLEAR GENERATING PIANT Docket No. 50-263 License No. DPR-22 License Amendment Request Dated April 1. 1975 Attached are three signed originals and 37 confonned copies of a request for a change of Technical Specifications, Appendi:
A, of the Provisional Operating License for the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant.
This request is submitted in accordance with n Ict ter dated January 7, 19 5, from Mr. D L Ziemann, Chief, Operating Reactors Branch 62. Directorate of Licensing, USAEC, which recommended several revisions to the Limiting Conditions for Operation and Surveillance Requirnaents for the Standby Gas Treatment System.
Also included in this License Amendment Requ.st are several changes to Section 6, Administrative Controls, which incorporate in the Technical Specifications the recent reorganization ci the corporate structure of 3
Northern States Power Company.
This License Amendment Request has been reviewcd by the Monticello Operations Comittee and the Monticello Safety Audit Committce.
We have concluded that the proposed changes do not involve an unreviewed safety question,_.
