MONTICELLO NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANT Docket No. 50-263 License No. DPR-22 License Amendment Request Dated January 31, 1977 Attached are three originals and 37 conformed copies of a request for a change of Technical Specifications, Appendix A of Operating License DPR-22.
This License Amendment Request has been reviewed by the Monticello Operations and Safety Audit Comitties and contains no unreviewed safety questions.
The proposed changes consist of interim limiting conditions for operation and surveillance requirements for the plant fire detection and protection systems. They are being submitted in accordance with Mr D L Ziemann's letter of December 6, 1976. Appropriate additions to Section 6, Adminis-trative Controls, are included.
